How do I apply for a marriage license? |

Come to the Clerk's office to fill out the application.
You will need driver's license or some form of identification.
Cost is $18.00. One of
the parties must be a resident of Bartholomew County. The
costs for out of state resident is $60.00. The license is
valid for 60 days. Back

How do I apply for a passport? |

- You
will need 2 passport pictures, a birth certificate with
a seal on it, a check for $75.00 for an adult or $60.00 for a child made to the U.S. Department
of State, $25.00 for Clerk's fee, and application which
you can obtain in the Clerk's office. Back

Where do I file a small claim? |

The small
claim starts at the Superior Court II. The forms are in the
Court Office on the third floor of the Courthouse. Cost is $76.00 for a claim involving one person plus $10.00 extra for each additional person.
You will need a good address for the person(s) you are suing
so that they can be notified of the claim. It will cost $13.00 extra to have service by Sheriff Dept. Back
