| COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD: |
| Established in accordance with State Statute and created by Bartholomew County Ordinance No. 1986-03. MEMBERSHIP: Shall consist of eighteen (18) members: the Sheriff; Prosecuting Attorney; Director of County Welfare Department; and City Mayor shall serve by virtue of their office or position. Three (3) members to be appointed by the Judge of the Bartholomew Circuit Court—one (1) judge having criminal jurisdiction one (1) judge having juvenile jurisdiction; and, one (1) attorney with a substantial criminal defense practice. Nine (9) members shall be appointed by the Board of Commissioners of Bartholomew County; one (1) probation officer; one (1) educational administrator; one (1) representative of a private correctional agency, if such an agency representative of a private correctional agency exists or is established in Bartholomew County; one (1) mental health administrator, or if there is none available in Bartholomew County, one (1) psychiatrist, psychologist or physician; one (1) ex-offender; and, four lay persons, one (1) to be a member of a minority race, if a member of a minority race is willing to serve. Initial appointments were made for a 4 year term, expiring 12-31-89. Thereafter members may be re-appointed to serve or serve while holding the office or position held at the time of appointment. |

| The number of members on the board of Trustees of the Eastern Bartholomew Regional Sewage district shall consist of nine (9) members. Three (3) members shall be appointed as provided for in IC 13-3-2-5. The remaining six (6) members shall be elected to tems of three (3) years from the three (3) different districts which comprise the Eastern Bartholomew Regional Sewage District and on a basis to insure that the terms will be staggered to provide continuity of the Board of Trustees. First appointments are to be as follows: Mayor make an appointment for a term of three (3) years, County Commissioners appoint a member for a period of two (2) years, and County Council make an appointment for one (1) year with all subsequent appointments to be for a three (3) year term. |
